Our team of chefs, under Dirk Melsheimer’s leadership, are ready to delight you with fine dishes from all over the world, embracing many different cultural influences. The enchanting menu is characterized by German and French elements and changes frequently.
We make a particular point of choosing produce from local forests, rivers, streams and farms, indeed we are extremely proud of the culinary diversity which our local area offers, whether it be beef from the Eifel area, delicious smoked fish from the Ahr river or maybe seasonal wild game from the Kondelwald area.
for many years now, we have prided ourselves on our involvement with trainees. We endeavour to provide them with an effective learning environment in which they can not only gain their vocational qualification but can also develop personally.
We are delighted to be recognised for our efforts and commitment made on professional education.
